This training focuses on hand eye coordination, diving techniques and handling for goalies of all ages.
DEFENSE TRAINING
Defense training that covers a variety of techniques and positioning such as man coverage and zone coverage.
STRIKER TRAINING
Training dedicated to play making, ball control and finishing.
